1. Services

Hawknet Designs agrees to provide the web hosting and consulting services as described in the Invoice, for the fees described in the Order.

2. Service Terms

Services may include non-recurring charges ( such as setup or migration costs ), as well recurring charges that are billed according to the Initial Term on the invoice – typically either monthly, annually, or biennial.

The Starting Date for any Service will be the date that Hawknet Designs confirms service activation, at which point the service will be “ready to use”. Any custom set-up or migrations will generally be performed only after the Starting Date.

For Recurring Services, this Agreement shall renew along with the Service upon expiration, unless Hawknet Designs or Customer provides the other with a cancellation notice or request within 7 days prior to the expiration of the current Term.

3. Payments
   (a) Recurring Services
   Service renewal notices are emailed to Customers 10 days before the renewal date of the Service. If a credit card was provided by the Customer for the Service, the card will be charged at this time. All payments made outside of the 30 day refund policy for the Initial Term of Service are non-refundable. Service will be made inactive on accounts that are not paid by the 7th day past due. The term "Account" describes all services provided to a customer as defined by the primary ownership email and physical address.
   b) Payment Terms
   For recurring services, Hawknet Designs offers multiple payment Terms, with decreasing amounts for longer Terms. All payments to Hawknet Designs are non refundable after the first 30 days of Service. Any Service may be converted, a Customer’s request, to a longer Term at any time, and this conversion will take effect upon the expiration of the current Term of that Service.

4. Service Cancellation

Recurring Services canceled within 30 days of the Starting Date will be fully refundable.

If a Customer requests Cancellation of an active service, the service will be pro-rated to the next Month of service and the remaining amount will be applied as a service credit to the Customer account.

Cancellations made as a result of a violation of our Terms of Use will be non-refundable.

5. Customer Information
   Customer represents and warrants to Hawknet Designs that the information they have provided and will provide for purposes of establishing and maintaining the Service is accurate. If Customer is an individual, Customer represents and warrants that he or she is at least 18 years of age. Hawknet Designs may rely on the instructions of the person listed as the Primary Customer Contact on the Order with regard to Customer's account until Customer has provided a written notice changing the Primary Customer Contract.
